Account Deletion Request

How To Request Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line AdAMS Account Deletion Request.

Include the email address used for your AdAMS account, your organization name if applicable, and a short statement confirming that you want your account deleted. We may contact you to verify the request before deletion is completed.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your user profile and account access.
• Personal contact details associated with your account.
• Device tokens and notification preferences linked to your user.
• Personal messages, comments, notes, and other user-generated content where deletion does not affect legally required business records or records owned by your organization.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, contractual, audit, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or infrastructure project continuity purposes. This may include system logs, report history, work-order audit records, organization-owned project records, and backups.

Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for the applicable purpose or as required by law, then deleted or de-identified according to our retention practices.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, contract, security, or legitimate business obligations.
